The program "Time - Money" is a financial calculator which calculates cash flows and automatically generates a cash flow table for both borrowing and lending activities.
The program significantly saves user's time, simplifies the process of payment calculation, and makes it possible to automatically modify calculations when a certain period's cash flow is different (either higher or lower) than the standard cash flow. For the user's convenience, the program also supports the export of the debt service payment table to Excel.
The user is also able to choose many different methods of paying off the principal and interest. The program has several methods to help the user calculate the initial cost, future cost, percent interest, and period of adding of percent interest
